Camino Partners are delighted to be partnering with a growing, international recruitment business to appoint a Contract & Compliance Executive into their Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful organisation with an established international presence across the UK, Europe, and North America. Working closely with consultants, finance, and operations, you'll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end contract recruitment lifecycle, ensuring contractors, clients, and suppliers receive a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end contract onboarding process across the UK, Europe, and North America, ensuring all placements are set up accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and issue contractor, supplier, and client contracts, ensuring documentation is completed in line with agreed commercial terms and company processes.
- Coordinate compliance activities including right-to-work checks, work authorisation, references, insurance documentation, tax information, and client-specific onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate contractor, client, and placement records within the CRM, ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity.
- Monitor contract extensions, compliance documentation, and work authorisation expiry dates across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as a key point of contact for consultants, contractors, clients, and suppliers, providing a professional and responsive service throughout the contractor lifecycle.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations to support contractor payroll, invoicing, and wider operational processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve contractor onboarding, compliance procedures, and operational efficiencies.

About You:
- Previous experience within recruitment operations, contract administration, compliance, or contractor onboarding.
- Good understanding of the contract recruitment lifecycle and contractor engagement processes.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicating with consultants, contractors, clients, and external providers.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Bullhorn or a similar recruitment CRM would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of UK contractor compliance, IR35, and GDPR would be beneficial, with any European compliance exposure viewed favourably.
