Contracts Engineers / Contracts Manager (U.S.A. & U.K.)
THE ROLE
My client now seeks a Senior Contracts Engineer / Contracts Manager to join them on a large industrial new build project which is in the U.S.A.

This is a hybrid role between the U.K. and the U.S.A., with around 50/50 time split between the two countries.

You will work on contracts administration and contracts management, with possible involvement in claims.

Requires ability to add value to the client.

Project duration: 4–5 years or more.
THE CLIENT
My client is a firm providing contracts management and claims experience to a wide range of clients for projects in the:
- U.K.
- U.S.A.
- E.U.

THE CANDIDATE
Key requirements include:

Professional training: Trained as a Quantity Surveyor with an ideal degree in:
- Quantity Surveying
- Commercial Management

Qualification: Ideally MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of contracts administration and contracts management.
- Preferable: Some experience of claims.
- Preferable: Worked on new build industrial / power generation projects.

Must be able to add value for the client.
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Salary range: £108,000 – £132,000 per annum
- Additional benefits:
- Accommodation provided.
- Travel expenses covered.
- 25 days of holiday.
