Contracts and Hospitality Account Manager Location: Dewsbury, West Yorkshire
Full Time | Permanent
Jay-Be is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of high-quality sleep products and contract furniture.
We are looking for a Contracts and Hospitality Account Manager to join our team and become the key point of contact for our valued customers.
This is not a sales role. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer care and building long-term relationships with existing customers. You’ll work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are delivered smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and service levels remain first-class.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage key customer account relationships.
- Coordinate customer projects and requirements with internal teams.
- Handle enquiries, aftersales support, and issue resolution.
- Ensure products are delivered on time and to required standards.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
- Conduct customer reviews and provide regular updates.
- Support product training and attend customer meetings and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, account management, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive approach and a desire to deliver outstanding service.
- Experience within manufacturing, furniture, or contract interiors market.
- A full UK driving licence (travel required).
