This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering property maintenance, refurbishment and retrofit services across the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social housing maintenance and refurbishment contracts from inception to completion
  • Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs and budgets
  • Support procurement activities, including tender evaluation and contract awards
  • Carry out regular site visits to monitor quality and progress
  • Manage contract variations, claims and commercial issues
  • Build strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
  • Produce regular progress, financial and performance reports

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience managing maintenance, refurbishment or property services contracts
  • Strong knowledge of social housing, construction or property maintenance
  • Experience managing budgets, programmes and contractor performance
  • Good understanding of health & safety legislation and CDM Regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
