Contracts Manager or Associate Attorney – Avantia Law

About the Role
We are seeking a Colorado-based Contracts Manager or Associate Attorney to join Avantia’s Americas Contracts team, supporting with:
- First-round markups of investment-related NDAs and related documents
- Managing conflicts
- Setting up and coordinating workflows
- Portal management
- Assisting with document execution
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Salary range is $50,000–$60,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
Key Responsibilities

Contract Drafting & Support
- Assist attorneys with first-round markups on high-volume documents
- Manage conflicts and clearance processes
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders (Americas/Europe)

Client Support
- Set up and coordinate client workflows
- Assist with portals and ensure on-time contract execution

Requirements
For Attorneys:
- Law degree OR 1+ years of experience in:
- Transactional/corporate legal practice
- In-house commercial/legal team
For Contract Managers:
- Bachelor’s degree PLUS 4+ years of experience in:
- In-house legal contract management (or equivalent).
Highly desirable:
- Familiarity with commercial contracts, drafting markups, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
