Derry / Londonderry
£60,000 - £70,000 + Training + Progression + Car Allowance + Company Car + Flexitime + Private Medical
Are you a Contracts Manager or Project Manager from the Building Services or M&E Service looking to join a nationwide family-run M+E company offering a car allowance and progression into any role which you prefer?
This is a great opportunity to join a leading nationwide Mechanical and Electrical building services for the industrial and commercial industries. They design, manufacture, install and maintain building services and after continued growth and new contracts, they are looking for a Contract Manager to lead these new projects.
In this role you will primarily be working on site with their new contract at a date centre. You will be assigned 1 or 2 contracts and be responsible for managing the project lifecycle through to completion. This includes managing the financial aspect of the contract, working closely with other departments (Design, QS, Procurement), managing contractors and being the point of contact for clients.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the Building Services looking to join a company with a steady pipeline of projects offering fantastic progression.
The Role:
- Manage your own diary, setting up meetings and appointments
- Manage subcontractors and liaise with other departments
- Mainly onsite looking after the full contract and project lifecycle
- Mon-Thurs (8am-5pm, 2:30pm finish on Friday)
- Company car or car allowance
