Contracts Manager – Façade & Recladding
Location: London & Home Counties Salary: £90,000–£100,000 + Package Contract: Permanent (CIS / Limited Company options also available)
Albion Recruitment is exclusively supporting one of our key clients in the appointment of an experienced Contracts Manager.
Our client is a specialist façade and building envelope contractor with almost 30 years of industry experience and a group turnover exceeding £40 million. Operating nationwide, they deliver high-quality façade solutions across the residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors for Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors.
Due to continued growth and a strong secured order book, they are looking to appoint a senior Contracts Manager to oversee multiple façade projects across London and the Home Counties.
The Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for managing projects from design stage through to handover.

Working closely with the commercial and design departments, you will:
- Oversee operational delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards
A strong management structure is already in place beneath you, including Project Managers, Site Managers, and Quality Assurance personnel, allowing you to focus on successful project delivery and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from design stage through to completion and handover
- Manage operational delivery across multiple projects
- Drive pre-construction planning and programming
- Work closely with design and commercial teams
- Maintain excellent client relationships
- Ensure quality, programme and safety standards are achieved
- Support and develop project delivery teams
Requirements
Core Competencies
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the façade or building envelope sector
- Strong pre-construction knowledge
- Extensive experience delivering façade packages
- Strong operational leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail
- Mobile across London and the Home Counties

Technical Experience
Applicants should have strong experience delivering projects involving:
- Rainscreen Cladding
- Curtain Walling
- Windows
- EWI / Render Systems
- SFS
- Façade remediation and recladding
