As a Contracts Manager, you are an individual who pays great attention to detail, excels in record keeping and document management, and is an open and honest communicator comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. What truly motivates you is the opportunity to implement ideas and drive continuous improvements across the business. In this role, alongside the management team, you will be empowered to make decisions rather than simply raising questions for someone else to decide. Your role is crucial in sustaining a strong performance in the business while also growing volume and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Your role entails being responsible for sustaining a strong performance by delivering exceptional customer service, while concurrently working towards increasing volume and expanding the customer base.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Demonstrable experience in leading the delivery of surfacing activities in either a local authority or strategic road networking environment.
- Although not essential a qualification or membership in a relevant technical institution is desirable.
- SMSTS Site Managers Safety Training scheme desirable.
