Contract Manager

We're supporting a leading global technology services business in the search for a Contracts Manager to join their growing commercial legal team.

📍 Location: London (2 days per week)
💰 Salary: £55k-65k + benefits

If you enjoy negotiating complex technology agreements and partnering with stakeholders across a business, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation with an impressive international client base.

The Role

You'll provide commercial contract support across sales, procurement and operations, helping the business manage risk while enabling commercial success. This is a varied role with exposure to both customer and supplier contracts in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, managed services, professional services, SLAs, DPAs, NDAs and supplier contracts.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk and commercial matters.
  • Support both customer-facing and supplier-facing negotiations.
  • Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Compliance and Operations to ensure contracts are commercially sound and deliverable.
  • Manage contract renewals, obligations and governance through the contract lifecycle.
  • Support data protection and information security provisions within contracts.
  • Maintain contract templates and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
  • Assist with contract disputes, strategic projects and continuous process improvements.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial contracts or contract management.
  • Experience negotiating technology, software, SaaS or managed services agreements.
  • Strong understanding of English contract law (law degree, GDL, LPC or equivalent desirable).
  • Experience supporting both customer and supplier contracts.
  • Knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection provisions.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across commercial, legal and operational teams.
  • Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is beneficial.
