Contracts Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Contracts Manager to join TCi (GB) Ltd and support our growing portfolio of projects.
This role is responsible for managing contracts and supporting the successful delivery of projects.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage contract lifecycle, including NEC3 administration, change control, and final accounts
- Provide contractual advice and manage risks, variations, and compensation events
- Support cost control, reporting, and subcontract management
- Lead on contract communication and dispute avoidance/resolution
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from inception to completion
- Monitor programme, budget, and progress, implementing corrective actions as required
- Oversee procurement, design coordination, and day-to-day site activities
- Manage project changes while protecting contractual entitlement
- Lead project, site, and commercial teams to achieve delivery objectives
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
- Define roles, manage performance, and support recruitment where needed
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, company procedures, and statutory requirements
- Promote safe working practices across all project activities
- Oversee and manage supply chain
- Oversee and manage estimating, pricing and QS duties
- Manage and oversee HS&E alongside HS&E manager
- Manage client expectations
- Maintain and lead business development
- Appoint and line manage support roles as and when required
- Report concerns and issues to the director
- Produce weekly/monthly reports on progress, change, commercials
- Produce and manage programmes via MSP

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or similar senior role within construction – values ranging from £10k – £5m
- NEC contract administration knowledge
- Good commercial, contractual, and project delivery understanding
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team work values
- Client relationship skills
Desirable
- Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related field
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM) or equivalent
- Project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM)
- CEMAR experience
- Business development
- 5 years plus contract management experience

- Ability to pass D&A testing and BPSS vetting
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
