About ADVANCE®AI
ADVANCE®AI is an exciting new technology-based SaaS company in the pharmaceutical service sector. Our core service has been developed in collaboration with IBM, the original innovators in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and still one of the world’s leaders in continually developing this technology
ADVANCE®AI provides pharma leaders everyday visibility of the quality of the conversations taking place between their field-based teams and Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
We now have an exciting opportunity to join a rapid growth company that is significantly changing the way pharmaceutical companies collect and analyse field insights, quantifying and benchmarking field execution quality in real time. The Role
The Contracts and Pricing Manager is responsible for managing the commercial contracting and pricing processes that support ADVANCE®AI’s growth with global pharmaceutical clients. The role ensures that commercial agreements are structured effectively, aligned with company policy, and support scalable SaaS revenue models.
Working closely with Business Development, Finance, Legal, and client Procurement teams, the role coordinates contract negotiations, manages due diligence processes, and develops consistent pricing proposals for new and existing customers. You will develop and maintain scalable SaaS pricing frameworks aligned with the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring consistent pricing, appropriate discounting, and ongoing optimisation to drive revenue performance.
The position plays a key role in enabling efficient deal execution while protecting the company’s commercial and legal interests. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with the commercial leadership team and external legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Contract Management
- Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of commercial agreements including MSAs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and data processing agreements.
- Conduct initial contract reviews and identify key commercial and legal considerations before escalation to legal counsel.
- Manage negotiations with client procurement, legal, and compliance teams to ensure commercially viable contract outcomes.
- Maintain a standardised contract framework aligned with SaaS business models and company risk appetite.
- Identify the key commercial clauses (e.g. liability, data protection, service levels, termination, IP ownership, and payment terms) and ensure they are appropriately addressed.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel where specialist legal input is required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
