About the Role
We are seeking a Contracts & Procurement Specialist with expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, lifecycle management, and procurement. This role requires a meticulous professional capable of vendor selection, commercial negotiations, and procurement operations—gradually transitioning to independent contract management from inception to execution.
Ideal candidates must be commercially astute, organized, and adept at working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and redline vendor, service, and SaaS contracts
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms while minimizing risk
- Oversee contract lifecycles, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related enquiries across teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into enforceable contractual terms
- Maintain and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for transparency
- Proactively identify contractual risks and propose aligned solutions

Procurement & Sourcing
- Manage sourcing activities, including supplier evaluation and vendor selection
- Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, service levels, and delivery)
- Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs), analysis, and justification documentation
- Conduct market research to uncover cost-saving opportunities and mitigation strategies
- Assess bid financials for cost-effectiveness
- Partner with Operations to resolve delivery, quality, or invoicing issues
- Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations
- Report statuses, savings, and risks to leadership

Operations & Process Improvement
- Maintain records of contracts, performances, and supplier info
- Track procurement projects via tools like Monday.com
- Offer recommendations for efficiency and standardization
Qualifications
Essential
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Legal Studies, or related fields ✔ 4+ years negotiating, redlining, and managing contracts independently ✔ 2+ years procurement/sourcing experience, including RFP development ✔ Strong legal and commercial acumen, risk assessment, and negotiation skills ✔ Ability to manage multi-priority workflows across contracts and procurement ✔ Proficiency in CLM systems (e.g., SAP) and ERP/procurement platforms ✔ Superior stakeholder communications and cross-team collaboration
Nice-to-Have
🆓 4+ years managing SaaS agreements 🆓 Certifications: CPSM, CPP, or CSCP 🆓 Experience in luxury or premium consumer goods sectors
