About the Role
We are seeking a Contracts & Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in supporting global contract negotiations, vendor sourcing, and lifecycle management. This role is ideal for a commercially astute, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can transition from collaborative support to independent operational leadership.
You will partner with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Finance, and Legal—to design fair, risk-mitigated agreements, optimise procurement strategies, and drive sustainable cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and redline vendor, service, and SaaS contracts, ensuring legal clarity and commercial pragmatism
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal terms while balanced against risk exposure
- Monitor contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance, transparency, and timely execution
- Serve as the contractual point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into clear contractual clauses through collaboration with suppliers, finance, and legal
- Maintain and optimise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems to enhance visibility and accountability
- Proactively identify contractual risks and propose data-driven risk-mitigation strategies

Procurement & Sourcing
- Manage & support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection processes
- Participate in price negotiations for raw materials, services, and SaaS solutions
- Develop & administer Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including scopes, criteria, and justifications
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain disruptions
- Evaluate financials in vendor bids and proposals to ensure scalability and cost-effectiveness
- Use tools like SAP and Monday.com to track and report procurement projects
Operations & Collaboration
- Partner with Operations to resolve delivery delays, quality defects, or invoice disputes
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and contractual obligations
- Maintain updated records on suppliers, contracts, and performance metrics
- Generate dashboards and reports for leadership on procurement, risk, and cost savings
- Propose process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and enhance standardisation in vendor engagements

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with standalone responsibility for contracts drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management
- 2+ years in procurement and sourcing, including expertise in RFP development and vendor selection
- Proven ability to interpret legal terms and commercial safeguards, and navigate negotiations to equitable conclusions
- Experienced managing contracts and procurement under deadlines, juggling multi-tasking workflows
- Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign) and ERP/procurement platforms
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration across budget-impact teams
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience managing SaaS agreements, including subscription terms and regulatory compliance
- Certifications: CPSM, CPP, or CSCP
- Industry-specific familiarity with luxury or high-end consumer goods
