Night Control Office Operative
Location: Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire
Salary: £30,422 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week | 5 over 7 shift pattern | Saturdays Off
Join Reynolds Food Group in Waltham Cross as a Night Control Office Operative and support the smooth running of warehouse operations for one of the UK’s leading fresh produce suppliers to the foodservice industry.
This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join a fast-paced warehouse operation, coordinating pick activity, maintaining accurate system records, and ensuring critical load schedules are achieved.
What you'll be doing
- Monitoring and communicating the status of warehouse picks.
- Issuing and confirming pick sheets.
- Preparing pick documentation for warehouse operatives.
- Monitoring critical pick and load schedules.
- Updating paperwork and maintaining accurate system records.
- Carrying out NA (Not Available) and substitution processes.
- Releasing Purchase Orders and communicating updates internally.
- Auditing pick equipment and maintaining document control.
- Liaising with warehouse, logistics, and internal departments.
- Supporting administration duties across the warehouse operation.

What we're looking for
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
- Previous experience within a similar administration or warehouse support role.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and using own initiative.
- Experience within a chilled or warehouse environment would be advantageous.
