  • Manage and escalate events professionally, bridging gaps with internal teams and external partners

Preferably:

  • Experience in control rooms or safety-sensitive operations
  • Strong IT comfort navigating multiple complex systems
  • Operational-procedural flair – a combination of managing detail without losing sight of the bigger system
