Campus Control Room Supervisor
Pay Rate: £14.45 per hour
Manchester City Football Club Campus, M11 | Etihad Stadium & City Football Academy
Lead security operations at one of the UK’s most prestigious sporting environments.
At G4S, our people are trusted to protect some of the world’s most recognisable venues. We’re looking for an experienced Control Room Supervisor to lead the Security Control Room operations across Manchester City Football Club’s Etihad Stadium and City Football Academy.
This is an opportunity to play a critical leadership role within a sophisticated security operation, overseeing CCTV, access control, incident management and operational communications while supporting the safety of players, employees, contractors, visitors and supporters.

About The Role
As Control Room Supervisor, you’ll lead the day-to-day operation of the Security Control Room, ensuring security systems operate effectively while coordinating responses to incidents across the campus.
- You’ll supervise Control Room Operators, support Security Officers, manage communications with operational stakeholders and provide real-time leadership during incidents and emergency situations.
- You’ll also play an important role in maintaining operational standards, reviewing incident reports, supporting investigations and driving continuous improvement across the security operation.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for an experienced security professional with excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Essential Requirements Include
- Aged 18 years or over
- Must be resident in the UK, with a valid Right to Work
- Valid SIA CCTV Public Space Surveillance Licence
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (or successfully gain within the first 6 weeks of employment)
- Previous Security Control Room or Security Operations Centre experience
- Experience supervising or leading operational teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple operational demands

Experience within stadia, major venues, corporate security or critical infrastructure is advantageous, although we also welcome applicants with transferable security experience and a passion for delivering excellence.

Recruitment Process
Due to the nature of the role, all successful applicants will be required to complete security screening and vetting checks in line with industry and legal requirements.
