Permanent Full-Time Role: Control Room Supervisor
Location: London
Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (working days and nights)
Pay: £14.85 per hour

Are you a vigilant and dedicated professional looking for a rewarding career in security? We are seeking a reliable and proactive Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and assets. This role involves monitoring premises, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring security protocols are upheld consistently. About the Role
As a Control Room Supervisor, your key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming staff and visitors while maintaining a safe, professional, and secure environment
- Conducting regular patrols and monitoring premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or vandalism
- Managing access points and CCTV systems, and ensuring compliance with security procedures
- Responding promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
- Completing detailed daily reports on activities, incidents, and security concerns
- Assisting in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required
- Adapting to different client sites—no two days are the same
- Handling incidents or concerns professionally while remaining calm and decisive
- Collaborating with a diverse, supportive team

What We Are Looking For
We are searching for skilled professionals who meet the following criteria:
- A current DS SIA Licence
- A valid SIA CCTV Licence
- A current First Aid at Work certificate
- Proven experience in a security role or a similar position
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to threats
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, visitors, and authorities
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
