At Full Circle, our Control Room is the beating heart of our operations. Every day, our team keeps watch over more than 700 wind turbines, monitoring turbine status, performing remote troubleshooting, escalating alarms, and coordinating with service teams in the field whenever on-site action is needed. We are the first to know when something changes, and often the first to solve it.

Role Title

Control Room Team Leader UK Remote

The Control Room Team Leader provides day to day leadership, operational support, and escalation management within the Control Room team. The role combines operational duties with additional oversight responsibilities to ensure consistent service delivery, effective task management, and strong support for both customers and colleagues.

Your Role

You are the anchor of a 24/7 operation. The team is not only working 24/7 shifts, they also work from 5 countries. Your authentic leadership style will ensure team spirit and cohesion. You are a coach, a planner, a problem solver. Someone who brings calm, structure, and energy into a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Escalation Management: Act as an additional escalation point for customer issues and more complex cases.
  • Team Support: Support team members with day‑to‑day queries and provide guidance where needed.
  • Workload Oversight: Maintain close oversight of task completion, workloads, and priorities across the team.
  • Action Tracking: Improve visibility of outstanding actions and ensure follow‑ups are completed.
  • Operational Delivery: Continue working operationally within existing shift patterns while taking on additional leadership responsibilities.
  • Process Consistency: Support consistency in processes, standards, and performance across the team.
  • Customer & Colleague Support: Provide an additional point of support for both customers and colleagues where escalation is required.
