Control Systems Integration Engineer

Controls Systems Integration Engineer

A fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Controls Systems Integration Engineer.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain systems that automate industrial processes
  • Ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Handle the full life cycle of project delivery, from technical compliance to quality
  • Attend client meetings to discuss design specifications, surveys, software programming, configuration, testing, and commissioning

You'll work alongside highly skilled engineers, bringing an innovative approach to problem-solving and fostering opportunities for your career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation solutions for industrial processes
  • Program and configure PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and variable speed drives
  • Test and commission control systems on-site
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensuring project success
  • Document project outcomes and maintain technical records

Requirements

Essential

  • 2+ years of experience in control systems
  • Software Engineering Degree and/or Electrical qualifications
  • Experience with PLCs (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
  • Proficient in SCADA systems (e.g., Wonderware, Iconics, Schneider)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Clean UK Driving License
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
