What You Will Do
- Lead automation and controls projects end-to-end (design → deployment → optimization)
- Drive continuous improvement across robotics, PLCs, and production systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation challenges
- Collaborate with OEMs and system integrators during installations and upgrades
- Develop and standardize control systems, logic, and documentation
- Program and optimize PLCs to improve performance and safety
- Support commissioning, validation, and system handover
- Ensure compliance with electrical and HSE standards
- Mentor and develop engineers and technicians
What Will Help You Succeed
- Experience in manufacturing automation or industrial engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise with PLCs (Siemens or Allen Bradley)
- Knowledge of robotics, motion systems, and industrial communications
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and drive solutions independently
- Experience managing technical projects from concept to completion
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
