We are seeking an experienced Controls and Software Engineer with a strong electrical and PLC bias (additional mechanical knowledge is an advantage). The ideal candidate must possess hands-on expertise in PLC programming across Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, or Siemens systems, along with a solid understanding of industrial networking, safety circuits, and inverter drives. Proven experience in executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and leading improvement projects from design to commissioning is essential.

The role combines hands-on breakdown support, software governance, and project engineering, with a focus on optimising machine reliability, safety, and operational efficiency across the plant.
- Manage site machinery software and electrical schematics
- Lead CI reliability projects
- Work closely with Shift Maintenance Crews, the Engineering Maintenance Manager, and cross-functional site teams to prevent downtime recurrence
