Roles & Responsibilities Reports to Heard of Sales (Board)
Working Arrangement
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
- Location: Horsham, West Sussex (hybrid, four days per week in the office)
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays (increases to a maximum of 30 days based on service length)
About the Role
We are a UK broadband business. Our strategy revolves around a high volume of warm, high-intent leads — customers who already need our products.
Why your work matters here:
- Our data-driven approach means you won’t wait weeks for meaningful insights. Every test you launch on Monday can have tangible results by Friday.
- High-intent leads create frequency in learning. An idea formed yesterday can be live, measured, and proven or discarded within a week.
- You’ll own the entire lead-to-sale conversion funnel — from lead to signed-up customer.
- AI accelerates every step of conversion optimization. Variants, testing, analysis, and pattern detection are integrated into your workflow.
What We’re Looking For
A conversion marketing professional who:
- Thinks in hypotheses, not just trials.
- Tests ideas data-informed — design experiments, with clear logic.
- Connects to the data relentlessly:
- Tracks open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics at every stage.
- Unlocks patterns from thousands of conversions to iterate.
- Loves repetition as a cumulative effort — no singular win; thrives on compounding breakthroughs from iterative learning.
- Lives in AI (not merely wonders what it can achieve):
- Uses it intuitively to streamline tasks — drafting, stress-testing ideas, deriving insight from data.
- Gets better at mining value from AI, pushing tools further.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
