Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist
At A Glance Objectives of the Role: As a CRO Specialist at Glass Atlas, you will support the delivery and optimisation of Conversion Rate Optimisation activity across a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with senior team members to deliver experimentation programmes, UX improvements and insight-led recommendations, helping to drive measurable performance improvements. The role blends hands-on delivery with developing strategic thinking, giving you the opportunity to grow your expertise in CRO, UX and experimentation within a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver CRO and UX activity across client accounts, ensuring high standards and attention to detail Support the development of experimentation roadmaps, including hypothesis creation and test planning Contribute to CRO/UX strategies aligned to client objectives and wider marketing activity Act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting calls, reporting and communication Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and generate actionable insights Report on KPIs and communicate performance clearly to clients and internal teams Collaborate with internal teams across Performance, Commerce and Data Identify opportunities to improve performance and support account growth Support new business activity, including audits and proposals Contribute to internal best practices and ways of working Stay up to date with CRO, UX and AI-driven tools and approaches Core Skills: Strong experience in CRO, UX or digital optimisation, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment Proven ability to develop and execute experimentation strategies and testing programmes Confident working with analytics and behavioural data to generate insights and inform decisions Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to link optimisation activity to revenue and performance outcomes Excellent communication skills, with experience managing clients and presenting to stakeholders Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Experience managing multiple projects and priorities effectively Leadership capability, with experience mentoring or managing team members Proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Collaborative approach, working effectively across different teams and disciplines Desirable Experience: Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g. Convert, Optimizely, VWO) Familiarity with behavioural analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Contentsquare) Experience working alongside Paid Media, SEO or CRM teams to deliver integrated strategies Exposure to eCommerce and/or lead generation environments Experience using AI tools to support research, ideation or delivery
