Job Description
We’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager to shape and deliver CRO activity across our Direct Protection customer journeys.
You’ll own the CRO roadmap, lead testing activities end-to-end, and collaborate closely with digital, product, compliance, marketing, analytics, and development teams.
Financial services experience is not mandatory—what matters is your CRO expertise, commercial awareness, analytical mindset, and ability to drive high-impact change.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver an end-to-end Direct Protection CRO strategy to enhance conversion rates, customer experience, and commercial outcomes.
- Manage the full experimentation lifecycle, including:
- Hypothesis formation and prioritisation
- Quality assurance (QA) and deployment
- Analysis and actionable insights
- Build and maintain an optimisation backlog aligned with customer insights, analytics, and business priorities.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify friction points, opportunities, and customer journey improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, compliance, marketing, product teams, and external partners to execute effective experiments.
- Present test results, insights, and business impact clearly to stakeholders.
- Champion CRO best practices, fostering a data-driven, customer-focused experiments culture.
- Explore personalisation, predictive modelling, and automation across all channels.

Requirements & Skills
Essential
- Proven expertise managing end-to-end conversion rate optimisation activities.
- Hands-on experience with:
- A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO).
- Data platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Ability to own, shape-and develop a CRO roadmap or backlog.
- UX and customer behaviour insights expertise, with a focus on conversion best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, product, marketing, compliance).
- Data-driven decision-making—converting insights into clear strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies, session replay, heatmapping, or Scrum considered a bonus (not mandatory).
