Exciting news from us at Daisy: we’re re-branding to O2 Business!
Following the merger between Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy Group last year, we’re taking the next step in our journey by announcing our new brand!
As O2 Business, we believe in the wonder of simplicity; the joy of that comes when technology works as it should, with reliability, clarity, and speed.
We’re incredibly excited about this next step in our journey and you could be on that journey too.
We’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager to be responsible for merchandising, maintaining, and the continual optimisation of all of the O2 Business sites through campaigns, product launches, and general site improvements.
You will be the driving force behind continuous test and learn, looking for & recommending new opportunities to refine the customer journeys through the sites and enhance trading performance. You will work closely with the Snr Digital and Campaign Marketing managers, Transformation team, & the wider marketing teams to look for new opportunities within the website journeys and be responsible for new product launches and updates across all sites.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
