Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role
You’ll be the specialist leading the optimisation of O2 Business’ websites, transforming customer journeys to boost trading performance through continuous testing, data-driven campaigns, and strategic site improvements.
This role sits at the heart of our digital transformation, bridging marketing, campaign strategy, and technical implementation to improve conversion across every touchpoint. You’ll work with senior leadership, including the Senior Digital & Campaign Marketing Manager and Transformation Team, driving measurable impact while championing our brand across all online assets.

- Develop and execute key trading campaigns, product launches, and site updates, including those delivered via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Act as the key liaison between marketing teams and the Transformation Team, ensuring alignment on:
- Digital UX changes
- Test execution plans
- Product launch timelines
- Serve as the brand guardian for all sites, copies, and assets to maintain consistency and integrity
- Design and implement a test-and-learn roadmap to incrementally enhance trading performance
- Present findings and recommendations confidently with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, complex environment, with a strong digital marketing and testing background

What We’re Looking For
Strong candidates will demonstrate:
- A laser-sharp focus on accuracy, with an eye for detail across campaigns, materials, and data
- Proven experience in CRO methodologies, with quantifiable results in optimising conversion paths
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Strong digital campaign marketing expertise, including working with paid search, SEO, and multi-channel optimisation
- Confident presenter’s skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic organisations with a digital mission, including agile and matrix teams
