CRO Manager

£50,000 - £60,000 Hybrid - Manchester (3x days per week)

This is a rare opportunity to build a Conversion Rate Optimisation function from the ground up within a high growth digital business. With strong leadership backing and significant investment in experimentation, you will have the autonomy to shape strategy, deliver measurable impact, and establish best practice across multiple customer journeys.

The Company

They are a well established digital performance business operating across international markets, focused on connecting consumers and businesses through a portfolio of proprietary platforms. Their model centres on owning and optimising the full customer journey, enabling greater control over acquisition, experimentation, and conversion. With a broad range of digital products and high traffic environments, they offer a strong foundation for innovation in experimentation. Continued growth and expansion have created a clear opportunity to bring CRO capability fully in house.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
