Your responsibilities
- Adhere to health and safety policies, procedures, and safe systems of work, including the use of PPE and reporting near misses.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures to maintain product standards.
- Operate production equipment efficiently to meet daily targets, prioritising a "fix-it-myself" approach to problem-solving.
- Conduct machine and product changeovers effectively.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the production line.
- Maintain accurate stock levels using the JDE system to support cost control, meet customer orders on time/in full (OTIF), and align with the production plan.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between shifts and with supervision.
- Training: Support and assist in the training of new operators.

- Experience: Hands-on experience in operating production equipment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively disseminate information to the team.

- Attention to Detail: Adequate literacy and numeracy skills, with precision and performance-driven accuracy.
