Conveyancer

Location: Bury (with travel between Bury and Salford offices as required)

They are seeking an enthusiastic, client-focused Conveyancer to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload. Working with the support of the Department Head, you will enjoy autonomy while guiding clients through their property transactions from instruction to completion.

  • Manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Provide outstanding client care by telephone, correspondence, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and legal documents.
  • Utilise the firm’s case management systems to deliver an efficient service.
  • Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate.
  • Contribute to business development and represent the firm at networking events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional, or working towards a relevant qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems (Proclaim experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills.
  • A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach.
  • Full clean driving licence preferred.
