Conveyancer – Liverpool Area | New Opportunity
We are currently working with a well-established and growing property firm in the Liverpool area who are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The role will involve:
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Providing high-quality client care and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders throughout transactions
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with compliance requirements

We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience within a law firm, conveyancing team or property environment
