Continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a supportive and collaborative team in a fully remote capacity.

Role Summary
With a fully remote working model, uncapped bonus potential, and above-market remuneration, the role offers both flexibility and long-term career prospects within a growing residential property team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing excellent client service throughout
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential property transactions, developing broad technical expertise
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, brokers, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements, supporting high professional standards
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the residential property department
- Utilising dedicated support staff effectively to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Residential Conveyancer Fee Earner
- Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
