Conveyancer

Senior Residential Conveyancer – Warwickshire- Legal 500 Law Firm Hybrid Working | Full-Time or Part-Time | Quality Work Without the Volume

Full time or Part time

I am currently working with a highly regarded, multi-office Legal 500 firm who are looking to appoint a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their established team in Warwickshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and forward-thinking practice that genuinely prioritises quality over volume. You will be stepping into an established caseload from day one, within a supportive and collaborative team environment where lawyers are given the time and support to deliver a high standard of client care.

The role will involve managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by experienced administrative staff throughout. Importantly, the firm ensures manageable workloads, with fee earners typically carrying no more than 70 files at any one time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
