Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor
Taunton | Hybrid working (1 office day per week)
Growing Regional Firm | Salary up to £65k

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
- Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions
- Delivering clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider property team when required

- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
