Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor

Taunton | Hybrid working (1 office day per week)
Growing Regional Firm | Salary up to £65k

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
  • Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions
  • Delivering clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the wider property team when required
