Residential Conveyancer
📍 Windsor

About the Opportunity
Join a highly respected law firm with over 100 years of history and a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services.
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied residential property caseload and support the continued growth of a successful Residential Property team.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 2+ years' PQE within Residential Conveyancing
- Experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Knowledge of remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions
- Experience working within CQS protocols preferred
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members beneficial

Role & Responsibilities
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Handling a broad mix of freehold and leasehold matters
- Advising clients throughout the transaction process
- Liaising with agents, lenders and other stakeholders
- Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team development
- Assisting with business development and client relationship management
