Conveyancer / Case Handler
Conveyancer / Case Handler – New Build Team
Location: Teesside, TS18 3DB (office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
Salary: Up to £30,000 base + competitive uncapped bonus (up to £8,000+) once fully established

What You’ll Do
- Manage your own caseload of New Build transactions from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, seamless communication
- Prepare, review, and draft legal documents and correspondence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers through outstanding service
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records on our Case Management System (CMS)
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns with promptitude
- Work towards exchange and completion targets while prioritising five-star client feedback
What We’re Looking For

Essential skills and experience to thrive:
- Direct experience in handling conveyancing transactions (induction for beginners possible with the right mindset)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Source of Funds checks (reviewing bank statements, verification checks)
- Searches and sale enquiries (confidence in writing professional reports, not just commissioning them)
- Dealing with developers, solicitors, and diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication abilities—telephone manner must be polished and professional
- Client-facing proficiency: ability to clarify complex conveyancing steps in a friendly yet informed way
- Detail-oriented, with a slasher mindset—spotting issues before they escalate
- Familiarity with conveyanching systems (a Proclaim CMS background is a definite plus)
- Passionate drive for top-tier service and achieving outstanding outcomes
