Conveyancer / Case Handler – Residential & New Build Teams

Location: Altrincham, WA14 5UW, or Liverpool, L3 2PP
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00
Salary: up to £30k base + competitive uncapped bonus (£7k+ once established)
Start date: ASAP (flexible)

Join our supportive, sociable, and ambitious conveyancing teams as a Case Handler. We have opportunities available within both our Residential and New Build departments. You'll manage your own varied caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion – with tailored support, bonus schemes that reward your results, and the work-life balance of hybrid working.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a caseload of Residential or New Build transactions from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and (for New Build Case Handlers) building strong relationships with developers through excellent service.
  • Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our CMS.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries/concerns.
  • Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting conveyancing transactions – we are open to applications from experienced Case Handlers, Conveyancing Assistants looking to step up, those from Estate Agent/Mortgage backgrounds with a good understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Source of Funds checks (reviewing bank statements, conducting checks directly)
    • Searches and sale enquiries (confident in writing up reports, not just ordering)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent telephone manner - confident in explaining the conveyancing process to clients and building and managing relationships with developers
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus)
  • Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
