Role Description
The Conveyancer is responsible for managing residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in the Greater Cardiff Area, involves drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing and checking legal documentation, conducting title checks and searches, and liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other legal professionals. The role includes providing clear legal advice, resolving issues that arise during the conveyancing process, and ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met. The Conveyancer will maintain accurate case records, manage deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows to support fast and reliable service delivery.

- Strong foundation in Law with specific experience in property and conveyancing.
- Proficiency in Legal Consulting, including advising clients on conveyancing processes and legal risks.
- Competence in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and related paperwork.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve Legal Issues that arise during property transactions.
- Relevant legal qualification (e.g., licensed conveyancer, solicitor, or equivalent experience in conveyancing).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using case management systems and standard legal software tools.
- Commitment to ethical practice, client service, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
