Conveyancer – Liverpool Area | New Opportunity
Good conveyancers know the difference between simply processing files and genuinely helping people move forward with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. If you're looking for a firm that values quality, client relationships and your experience, this could be your next career move.
We're working with an established and growing property firm in Liverpool that is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join its residential property team. This is an opportunity to join a business where your experience will be recognised, your contribution will make a difference, and you'll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
The firm is looking for someone who enjoys managing their own matters, building strong client relationships and being trusted to deliver excellent work, not simply someone looking to process as many files as possible.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
