Residential Conveyancer North Manchester | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a well-established, highly regarded law firm that genuinely invests in its people?
Our client is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and growing Property team in North Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive, collaborative environment, with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care while working closely with colleagues across the wider property team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the transaction.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and other third parties.
- Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of client service.
- Identifying opportunities to develop new and existing client relationships.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Residential Property department.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- A genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
