Are you a highly organised Administrator/Assistant with experience of working in a Legal Conveyancing team with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer service?
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment.
The Role
Supporting a team of residential property professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring cases are set up efficiently and clients receive a high level of service throughout their journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Opening and setting up new client files
- Preparing client care letters and correspondence
- Completing client onboarding documentation and questionnaires
- Managing and maintaining accurate client records
- Handling routine client enquiries via phone and email
- Tracking and updating case information and key milestones
- Assisting with matter start-up and completion administration
- Ensuring documents are processed, filed and stored accurately
- Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company procedures

What you'll need to succeed
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with clients over the phone and by email
- Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Professional, proactive and team-oriented
- Experience within the legal sector
