The Team

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy, growing Residential Property team, providing professional and dedicated support to a Team Leader. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient file management, supporting client communications, and ensuring the smooth running of transactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Regularly updating clients, agents and other stakeholders, providing phone and email support in the team leader’s absence
- Drafting contract packs, completion statements and other legal documents
- Preparing files for completion and managing post-completion processes
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, including compliance documentation
- Liaising effectively with colleagues across departments and external contacts
- Assisting with file management and office systems to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Proofreading, preparing report bundles and managing deeds
- Clarifying instructions and proactively resolving queries

- Recent experience supporting a Residential Conveyancing team
- Confidence in dealing with a wide range of clients — from first-time buyers to high-value investors
