The Role: Conveyancing Assistant
Join us as a Conveyancing Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting our experienced case handlers in driving efficient and high-quality residential property transactions. This uniquely specialised role combines vitally important operations, case progress updates, and client-facing support—ideal for those eager to grow within the field of property law.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Case Administration: Work alongside Conveyancing Case Handlers to support residential property transactions
- Multi-Party Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties, ensuring smooth case reporting
- Document & Compliance:
- Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks
- Prepare and finalise conveyancing documentation
- Ensure Accuracy & Deadlines:
- Update case management systems (current: Redbrick)
- Manage task ecosystems and timelines efficiently
- File Finalisation: Organise files for exchange and completion stages
- Client Experience: Deliver a high-standard service throughout every transaction step
