Kew Law LLP is a growing, modern law firm with a strong reputation for high-quality residential conveyancing and excellent client service. We are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join our Wickford office and support our busy conveyancing team.

Job Description

The Role

You will work closely with fee earners to support residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters progress efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Opening new files and managing onboarding procedures
  • Assisting with AML and ID verification checks
  • Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
  • Dealing with routine correspondence and enquiries
  • Updating case management systems and client portals
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • General administrative support to the conveyancing team

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Takes a proactive, team‑focused approach to work
