Job Description
The Role
You will work closely with fee earners to support residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters progress efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Opening new files and managing onboarding procedures
- Assisting with AML and ID verification checks
- Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
- Dealing with routine correspondence and enquiries
- Updating case management systems and client portals
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- General administrative support to the conveyancing team
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Takes a proactive, team‑focused approach to work
