Conveyancing Case Manager
£27,000 to £36,420 per annum (Work Level 6B) (Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours) located in Stratford-Upon-Avon or Bristol (with opportunity for hybrid working after 6 months).
About the Role
We are seeking Case Managers to join our Co-op Legal Services probate conveyancing team. This is an ideal opportunity if you’re looking to qualify via the SQE route, as this role counts as qualified work experience. If you have experience in conveyancing, probate, case management, or legal administration, we will provide all the necessary training to support your growth.

As a Conveyancing Case Manager, you will provide legal and administrative support to clients undergoing a property or land transfer following bereavement. Your role involves:
- Managing the entire process of changing ownership from start to finish
- Maintaining continuous client communication to ensure a smooth experience
- Supporting families during what is likely to be one of the toughest times of their lives
Your contributions will have a direct and meaningful impact on clients in their hour of need.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your caseload and meet performance targets that drive exceptional outcomes for our customers
- Provide empathetic, client-focused support through phone and written communication
- Utilise case management systems to track, manage, and update all casework efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with third parties, legal professionals, and HM Land Registry
- Assist probate case managers with conveyancing support tasks

You’ll Bring
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the minimum criteria and value experience or potential over convention. To thrive in this role, we require:
- A background in conveyancing, law, legal administration, or case/claims management (end-to-end experience preferred)
- IT proficiency with an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
- Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to advocating for the client’s needs
- Strong organisational abilities and a keen attention to detail to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Clear verbal and written communication, with the confidence to converse with clients over the phone or via email
