Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £27,000 to £36,420 (Work Level 6B)
- Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday–Friday)
- Location: Stratford-upon-Avon or Bristol (remote/hybrid soons—after 6 months)

About the Role
We’re Co-op Legal Services, and we’re looking for **Conveyancing Case Managers to support clients through property/land transfers after bereavement—"proving real difference for clients at a pivotal time".
This role is ideal for: ✔ Those on the SQE path (qualified work experience confirmed) ✔ Individuals with experience in conveyancing, probate, case management, or legal admin, plus training opportunities
Your Responsibilities
- Case Ownership: Lead caseloads optimally to meet targets and deliver great customer outcomes.
- Client Care: Engage empathetically via phone/email to navigate their post-bereavement needs.
- Case Management: Maintain real-time accuracy using our digital systems.
- Collaboration: Liaise with third parties, solicitors, and HM Land Registry, supporting probate teams.

- Evidence in conveyancing, legal admin, or case management (or aligned skills).
