Conveyancing Case Manager (Work Level 6B)
Salary: £27,000 to £36,420 with excellent benefits Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday) Locations: Stratford-upon-Avon or Bristol
Hybrid Working: Initially full-time in the office, with a move to a hybrid role after 6 months.
About the Role
We are seeking Conveyancing Case Managers to join our Co-op Legal Services probate conveyancing team.
This role offers a genuine opportunity to qualify through the SQE route and provides comprehensive training regardless of prior experience. Whether you have hands-on experience in conveyancing, probate, case management, or legal administration, or are looking to build your skills, we will support your growth in a rewarding, purpose-driven career.
Why This Job Matters
As a Conveyancing Case Manager, you will provide vital legal and administrative support to clients managing the transfer of property or land following a bereavement. You’ll support clients from start to finish, keeping them informed and ensuring the process flows smoothly during an already challenging time.
What You’ll Do
- Take full responsibility for managing your own caseload while delivering within targets that focus on positive customer outcomes.
- Engage empathetically with clients—whether in person, over the phone, or in writing—adapting to their needs during sensitive situations.
- Use a case management system effectively to ensure accurate, up-to-date record-keeping for all cases under your care.
- Collaborate seamlessly with third parties (including legal professionals and HM Land Registry) while providing essential support to probate case managers with conveyancing tasks.

What You’ll Bring
We welcome applications from all backgrounds, but to thrive in this role, you should have:
- Relevant experience in conveyancing, law, legal administration, or end-to-end case/claim management.
- Strong IT proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new systems efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-first approach and the ability to communicate sensitively and professionally.
- Rigorous organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail, to manage fast-paced workloads effectively.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication, including the ability to discuss sensitive matters with clients.
