Conveyancing Fee Earner (Unqualified)
📍 St. Helens | 💼 Permanent | 💰 Up to £40,000 DOE | 🏠 Hybrid Working Available Following Probation
Adecco are currently partnering with a well-established law firm that is looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to its busy Residential Conveyancing team.
This is an excellent permanent opportunity for someone with strong practical conveyancing experience who is confident managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
The role is based in St. Helens, with the potential for hybrid working following successful completion of probation.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
- Handling all stages of the conveyancing process, including title reviews, raising and responding to enquiries, preparing contract documentation, exchange, completion, and post-completion work.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Ensuring full compliance with AML regulations, SRA requirements, and lender panel obligations.
- Maintaining accurate file records and making full use of the firm's case management systems.

About You
To be considered, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within residential conveyancing, either managing your own caseload or providing substantial support on files.
- A strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process and associated documentation.
- CQS accreditation or experience working within a CQS-accredited environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
- The ability to work independently while working collaboratively as part of a team.

Desirable Experience
- Experience handling leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.
- Familiarity with Land Registry portals, LMS, Lender Exchange, and case management systems.
