Conveyancing Lawyer

Residential Conveyancing Lawyer Position

We are seeking a confident, personable Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients' Residential Property department.

About the Role

The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.

Qualified, part-qualified, or qualification-by-experience candidates are welcome to apply.


Main Responsibilities

  • Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate:
    • Contracts
    • Other relevant legal documents
  • Manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring:
    • Deadlines are met
    • Clients remain fully informed
  • Ensure adherence to:
    • Anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
    • Lexcel standards
    • Legal compliance within the property sector
