Residential Conveyancing Lawyer Position
We are seeking a confident, personable Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients' Residential Property department.

About the Role
The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
Qualified, part-qualified, or qualification-by-experience candidates are welcome to apply.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
- Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Prepare, review, and negotiate:
- Contracts
- Other relevant legal documents
- Manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring:
- Deadlines are met
- Clients remain fully informed
- Ensure adherence to:
- Anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
- Lexcel standards
- Legal compliance within the property sector
