Our client is a multi-office law firm operating across the North West and the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their onboarding team. This role suits someone with experience in estate agency, financial services, sales progression or conveyancing who is comfortable dealing with clients and managing multiple tasks.
The Role
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound follow-up calls to clients
- Communicating with clients via telephone and email
- Preparing documentation for new clients and matters
- Collating and inputting client information onto internal systems
- Liaising with internal teams to gather required information and documents
- Ensuring all onboarding data is accurate and processed correctly
- Assisting with quotations for clients and referral partners
- Managing your own workload and prioritising tasks effectively
- Maintaining consistent communication to support client relationships

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in estate agency, conveyancing, sales progression or financial services
- Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and handling queries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to reprioritise work
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Competence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- An understanding of the conveyancing process (desirable)
- The ability to work independently and manage tasks through to completion
