Conveyancing Legal Assistant Location: Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, Newport Salary: £28k
Are you a Legal Assistant ready to join one of South Wales leading law firms?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well established and growing legal property teams based across South Wales. This is a company that champions personal and career development, offering the tools needed to achieve a long lasting and fulfilling legal career.
The Role: Supporting solicitors and interacting with all relevant stakeholders Client onboarding and instructions Ordering searches and drafting transfer deeds Adherence to AML, client care and compliance procedures Dealing with exchange of contracts on sales and purchases. Ordering mortgage advances and undertaking pre completion searches.

You'll need: 1-2 years experience in a similar residential support role Friendly manner and excellent customer service skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt under pressure High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook Comfortable liaising with stakeholders by phone
